They say that they are subscribed but do not show up in the menu nor the mod folder. I think you can fix it by turning on the cloud save in the options on crusader kings on steam (not in-game) Then load up the game once, come off it and you should be able to access the mod I have an issue when I subscribe a mod from Workshop it doesn't initiate the download. If it does initiate it, it shows up in downloads but doesn't progress at all. If I restart Steam the download is gone and nothing happens. I have created 'mod' directory into my /documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings 2/ and I'm sure that I have read and write permissions there as well.
