I'm not sure if there are any members of the tribe who have I am trying to download the battle.net app for Windows (10) PC. It just gets stuck on "downloading new files" and never advances. If you are able to install the Blizzard app on that new account, you can try swapping back to the old account. Sometimes there won't be any issues anymore, but if it still doesn't load on the old account, this I recently had to change my router for an unrelated issue and after installing a new router, I can now install any blizzard download file fine.
